Welcome to the Public Trustee & Guardian for the Australian Capital Territory

The Public Trustee and Guardian (PTG) office will be closed from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on Wednesday 28 October 2026 while all staff participate in an agency-wide planning and training day.

During the closure period:

• Incoming phone calls and emails will continue to be monitored and triaged.
• Expect a minor delay in responding to routine enquiries.
• Urgent matters will be prioritised by our staff and assessed as they are received.
